What it's about
Ha Hoo Young is the unrivaled martial artist known as Dokpa, a warrior so dominant that no one in the murim can stand against him. After exhausting everything the human realm can offer, he attempts to ascend and become an immortal. The immortals reject him because of the blood and karma accumulated through his violent life, sending him crashing back to the mortal world. When he opens his eyes, sixty years have passed and he now inhabits the body of Namgoong Hyuk, the second son of the prestigious Namgoong family. His new body is weak and suffers from a Nine Yin energy blockage, but Hoo Young refuses to accept defeat. He begins rebuilding his martial strength from the ground up, determined to ascend again and eventually settle the score with the immortals who cast him down.
