What it's about
Helmut was abandoned at birth in the Forest of Pahe, a place no ordinary human can survive. Raised by demonic beasts, he grows up with extraordinary physical ability but almost no understanding of human society. His life changes when he meets Darien, a human Sword Saint who tells him that leaving the forest is possible if he becomes strong enough. Determined to discover where he came from and what it means to live as a human, Helmut trains in swordsmanship, suppresses the dangerous Seed of Darkness within him, and eventually steps into the outside world. There, overwhelming talent is not enough: he must learn friendship, restraint, identity and the rules of a society he has never known.
