Sekai no Hashikko to Anzu Jam

Hina Sakata is a high school girl who helps manage her apartment building in place of her father. Her ordinary routine is constantly disrupted by the strange resident of room 304, Anzu Shinohara. After Hina damages his keyboard, she agrees to run errands for him to make up for it and gradually discovers that this scruffy, irritating neighbor is actually the charismatic vocalist of a popular band. Drawn into his music and his very different adult world, Hina finds herself falling for Anzu while their relationship is tested by touring, jealousy, public attention, an age gap and the pressure that comes with his growing fame.
